Customer Must be registered for MTN Mobile Money

  • Dial *303# to access the mobile money menu
  • Choose Option (3) Pay Bill
  • Choose Option (1) Pay TV
  • Choose Option (3) Zuku TV
  • Enter Zuku Account Number
  • Enter Amount
  • In Enter Reference, type in ZUKU
  • Enter Mobile Money PIN and send

You will receive an MTN Mobile Money transaction notification

  • Dial *328# for Finance Bank Mobile Banking
  • Enter Mobile Banking PIN
  • Enter Option 3 for Payments
  • Enter option 2 for Zuku TV
  • Enter Zuku Account number
  • Select Option 1 for FBZ Mobile Account
  • Confirms details before submitting payment

You will receive a confirmation of payment

Customer must be registered for Banc ABC Mobile Banking and have funds in their Banc ABC account or Prepaid VISA card

  • Dial *202# to access Banc ABC Mobile Banking Menu
  • Enter mobile banking pin to access services
  • Select option 3 ‘bill payment’
  • select option 1 or option 2;
    • option 1 for accounts
    • option 2 for cards
  • Select account/card to make payment from
  • Select option : ‘enter account or meter number’
  • Enter Zuku customer account number
  • Enter amount to be paid
  • Confirm details and amount to be paid
  • You will receive a Banc ABC transaction notification

You will receive an sms with Zuku payment confirmation

  • Go to: www.paybills.co.zm
  • Enter mobile number
  • Enter Amount : < amount customer wishes to pay>
  • Enter Zuku Account Number: < zuku tv customer number>
  • Confirm E-mail address receipt/ order is sent to
  • Confirm card and payment details
  • Submit Payment
