  4. What do I Need to do to get the Premium TV Bouquet?
    All Zuku Edge and Classic s customers’ will be automatically upgraded to the premium bouquet. They may be need to rescan their decoders if channels do not pick up automatically.

  5. What happens after 3rd May 2017?
    Subscribers will be automatically reverted back to their original TV bouquet.

  6. How do I upgrade to the Premium TV bouquet?
    During the offer period you can subscribe to the premium package pay Ksh.999. The customer shall enjoy the free 30days offer and billing will be for the subsequent month.

  7. What do I need to do to continue enjoying Premium TV after 30 days / after offer ends ?
    After the free 30 days offer the customer will pay his/her monthly bill plus and additional Kshs 999 and the service will automatically be renewed / re-subscribed.

  8. How do I activate my premium TV after paying Ksh 999 ?
    After paying the Ksh 999 for premium TV you need to call 0205205205 or email billing@zukufiber.co.ke with your account number and notify them for upgrade.

  9. Can I transfer the offer?
    The FREE Premium TV offer is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, time or prorated
